Continual Improvement Systems (CIS) Committee
Purpose
The Continual Improvement Systems (CIS) Committee was created in 2005 for all members who have or are thinking about developing and implementing a management system of performance improvement initiative.
The committee will provide a forum for interested agencies to get together and share learning experiences and tools to make it easier to establish or refine their system (such as ISO, EMS, CMOM, etc.) for managing continual improvement. In addition, CIS could provide a pool of experienced people to assist each other with internal audits, which are often required with these types of systems.
